WHY SHOULD I GET A MORTGAGE?
Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is fast becoming the standard. Sellers expect a pre-approval letter to be presented with your offer. With this approval, you will be in a better position to negotiate with sellers. You also should be able to close on a property quicker than other buyers. A pre-approval letter shows the seller how serious you are about the property and it will make the seller more comfortable working with you.
